It was our absolute pleasure to assist commissioning company Mulalley by manufacturing and installing the external glass and steel communal entrance doors, industrial louvres and security gates (all to LPS 1175 SR2 standard) at the impressive Ladderswood Estate regeneration project in New Southgate, North London, a development that includes a new 85-bedroom Premier Inn hotel.
New Ladderswood LLP is a joint venture between top UK developer Mulalley and housing association ONE HOUSING GROUP LIMITED, working in collaboration with the London Borough of Enfield.
This major regeneration development features:
- 93 social housing properties
- 56 shared ownership apartments
- 368 privately owned properties
- 517 properties in total (426 apartments and 81 houses)
- There will also be:
- 6 commercial units
- An 85 bedroom hotel
- A new community center
