Our video team has put the finishing touches to Premier’s big test-day with the BRE who visited Premier HQ in Ilford, Essex to test our new thermally broken steel doors.
The doors and a variety of glazing products were being stress-tested to LPS1175 SR2 and LPS2081 SR2 standard and we are delighted to report that they stood up to the challenge unbelievably well.
The thermally-broken door-sets will be a strong addition to our catalogue of Secured by Design products which we believe makes us the UK’s leading supplier of SBD doors with more than 250 on offer.
Once the BRE team had finished their testing, Premier armed their own group of tough guys with a 7.3kg sledgehammer with the instruction: Seek and Destroy.
