Situated in the shadow of one of London’s most recognisable landmarks, The Shard, the Crosby Road development of new luxury apartments has been developed on the site of St Hugh’s Anglican Church which was originally built there in the 19th century.
Engaged by Rydon Construction, Premier Security Ballistic & Blast was contracted to supply and install 18 concealed and external balconies incorporating the market-leading Schock bracketing system. The build also required 18 Juliet balconies, again supplied and fitted by Premier SSL. We also supplied and fitted an internal staircase.
On the fourth floor Premier SSL provided stainless steel and glass balustrades fixed with timber handrails and bolted to a parapet wall. Steel and glass privacy screen were also installed. On the fifth floor we supplied and installed steel and glass rooftop balustrade.
