Premier engaged for Europe’s Largest Regeneration Project: Barking Riverside

At Premier Security Ballistic & Blast Ltd, we’re proud to have played a critical role in one of the UK’s most significant urban development projects—Barking Riverside in East London.

Engaged by leading developer Bellway, our team was selected to supply and install high-performance LPS1175 SR2-rated security products, including steel and glass doors, security screens, louvres, and gates, across multiple phases of this ambitious development.

Barking Riverside is a landmark regeneration scheme delivered by Barking Riverside Limited, a joint venture between the Mayor of London, L&Q, and Bellway. Spanning 443 acres of formerly industrial land on the banks of the River Thames, the project will ultimately deliver up to 15,000 new homes, along with seven new schools, extensive green spaces, retail and employment hubs, and improved river access—making it one of Europe’s largest placemaking initiatives.
