Premier’s site engineers are about to complete their work at the brand-new St John’s Primary School project in West Ealing.
The £155m transformation of the Green Man Lane estate, led by Rydon Construction in partnership with A2Dominion Group, has created a new school building providing places for 630 pupils, 210 more than the previous building.
There is also an expanded 100-place nursery and provision for 25 pupils from across the borough with speech and language difficulties. Also, there is a rooftop play area as part of the 3-storey development. Premier was engaged to fabricate and install an extensive range of staircase balustrade, powder-coated support posts, perforated aluminium panels for the staircases and corridor voids.
Premier’s brief, overseen by Gary Flounders, Rydon’s senior site manager, also included new fencing and gate works. The whole project is looking first-class. Great job everyone.
